The David Hall - Terms and Conditions

Tickets

Tickets for events can be purchased online at this web site, at the box office in advance or on the door (subject to availability). You can also order tickets by calling 01460 240340 and leaving a message or emailing boxoffice@thedavidhall.org.uk. We will get back to you.

Ticket price is inclusive of ticket handling fees.

Concessions

Where a concessionary price is offered they are available to:-

  • - Friends of P.A.T. (you can join online here)
  • - People in receipt of the state pension
  • - Young persons under 18 years old

(Note: some events are not suitable for under 18s)

P.A.T. reserve the right to ask for proof of eligibility.

Refunds

Tickets for events are not refundable unless an event is either rescheduled or cancelled by Petherton Arts Trust or by the visiting artist.

In the event of cancellation a full refund will be offered. Customers can accept the refund or opt to donate the refund to The David Hall.

In the event of an event being rescheduled customers can retain their ticket which will be valid for the rescheduled date, request a refund or donate the amount to The David Hall.

Unwanted tickets

If you have tickets and can no longer attend the event TDH cannot offer a refund or advertise unwanted tickets for sale, but you can give away or sell your unwanted tickets privately if you wish. The venue door list will have the name of the original ticket purchaser so the new owner of the tickets will need to know this name.

If the unwanted tickets are for an event that is sold out please contact us. If there are any customers on the wait list we will put you in contact with them.

Admission

Unless stated otherwise evening events will start at 8:00pm except on Sundays where the start time is 7:30pm.

Doors open 45 mins before the start of each event unless otherwise stated.

Level access is available at the side entrance on Roundwell Street for those customers that need it.
